As a Living Wage Employer, everyone working at Keynotive now receives a minimum hourly wage of £13.85 - the real Living Wage for London. This is significantly higher than the government's national living wage of £12.21 per hour for those over 21 years old.

The Living Wage Foundation's real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate independently calculated based on actual living costs, not just median earnings. It rises annually to reflect the true cost of living and applies to all workers over 18 - recognizing that young people face the same expenses as everyone else.
The current rates are:
- £12.60 across the UK
- £13.85 in London
A full-time worker in London earning the real Living Wage receives £3,198 more annually compared to someone on the government minimum wage - a significant difference that can transform quality of life.
Joining a Growing Movement
We're honoured to join over 16,000 responsible employers across the UK who have voluntarily committed to pay the real Living Wage. This movement includes small businesses as well as household names like Burberry, Barclays, IKEA, Nationwide, and Everton Football Club.
Together, these employers have secured over £3.6 billion in additional wages for low-paid workers since 2011, making a profound difference to millions of lives across the country.
